SANTHWANA SPARSHAM 2020

Santhwana Sparsham 2020 – program conceived and implemented by ChavaraMatrimony.com to light up the lives of the elderly during the Christmas Season. Christmas celebrations were organized at 5 centers which were house to more than 500 elderly. The team visited the homes and gifted them a memorable Christmas with cakes, gifts, medicines etc. GOOD HOPE at Fort Kochi, EVANGELASHRAM at Koonamaavu, CARMEL HOME at Varapuzha, HOME FOR DESTITUTE at Perumanoor and HOUSE OF PROVIDENCE at Kacheripady were part of this generous gesture. These homes were a safe haven to the poor homeless belonging to different castes, creed and religion, with no any shelter, relatives or friends.

Santhwana Sparsham 2020 was inaugurated by Rev. Fr Thomas Puthussery CMI, Director of CFWC/ChavaraMatrimony.com. Sri. Johnson Abraham, Executive Director welcomed the gathering. Celebrations began with cake cutting. Chavaramatrimony.com team members presented carols as part of the celebration. Christmas gifts were distributed to the inmates by Rev. Fr. Thomas Puthussery CMI. Celebrations sparkled with cake cutting, wearing Santa caps and sharing love and joy and cultural programs by the inmates. Essential medicines and financial aid were also handed over to the beneficiaries. The inmates of the homes enjoyed celebrating while the team felt blessed spending valuable and meaningful time with them.
